Across healthcare, consulting, nonprofit, and complex service organizations, I’ve seen a consistent pattern: strategy is often sound, but execution breaks down when vision, culture, process, and accountability fall out of alignment. My work focuses on helping leaders see those breakdowns clearly and address them deliberately.
Over more than two decades in executive strategy, transformation, and advisory roles, I have partnered with CEOs, senior leaders, boards, and cross-functional teams to translate strategic direction into operating reality. My background spans strategy, operations, finance, human resources, and enterprise change giving me a multidimensional view of how decisions actually land inside organizations.
I developed The Shift Model™ as an executive operating lens for this work.
